Dot is a humble little word, one that is used in the expression ‘from the year dot’ meaning from the beginning. It is also the word for the punctuation at the end of a sentence, a point on a map, or a flaw on a blank white page, while a dove is a symbol of the Holy Spirit.

The world is like a dot in the universe. At the same time, a significant dot.

God knows us from when we were just a dot!

“For [God] created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” Psalm 139:13 NIV

Given that we are mortals with stories that begin and end, God has promised:
“For I [God] know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 NIV

In the bible the dove is a symbol of the Holy Spirit. My wish for ‘Dot & Dove’ is to always have God at the Centre and be led by the Holy Spirit. Mortal links with the immortal.
“You will be like the wings of a dove covered with silver, And her feathers with yellow gold.” Psalm 68:3 NKJV

‘Dot and Dove’ purpose is to teach biblical values and stories through interactive learning. I believe that God wants us to teach our children values that will equip them to be successful physically, mentally and spiritually. As it says in the Shema:
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.” Deuteronomy 6:4-7 NKJV
